1. Introduction

1.1 Welcome to Dream Flowers. This site is owned and operated by Dream Flowers LLC.

2. Order Processing and Payment

2.1 Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the payment page of the Dream Flowers website and will be debited when you submit your order. By clicking on the [‘Place My Order’] button, you consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 To process and deliver your order on the required date, you must provide all relevant details, including full delivery address, zip code, your phone number, the recipient’s name, and their phone number. Orders will only be processed with complete payment details.

2.3 Orders will be acknowledged via e-mail confirming your details if a correct e-mail address is provided. An order reference number will be issued for future correspondence. All costs will be charged based on the date you place your order.

3. Delivered Products

3.1 All products are subject to availability and acceptance of your orders. We reserve the right to substitute all or part of the contents or packaging with items of equal or greater value without notice. Flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Some flower bouquet contents may be harmful if consumed or may cause skin irritation. Please contact our customer helpline for inquiries about the safety of contents before ordering.

4. Prices

4.1 Delivery Charges:
Delivery fees vary and are based on the distance from our flower shop in San Leandro, CA (ZIP 94577). The fee typically ranges from $9.50 to $50–$75 depending on the delivery location.

4.1.1 We may use our own in-house drivers or hire third-party delivery companies to ensure your order arrives on time and in excellent condition. The method of delivery is determined by distance, availability, and scheduling needs.

4.1.2 You will be notified of the exact delivery fee during the ordering process based on the recipient’s address.

5. Delivery

5.1 No signature is required for courier delivery.

5.2 We may contact the recipient prior to delivery to schedule the drop-off. A confirmation text message will be sent to notify you that the recipient has received the flowers.

5.3 Deliveries to hospitals, universities, and business addresses will be made to a main reception or mailing room before internal distribution. We recommend requesting delivery to these locations on weekdays and not on Saturdays. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.

5.4 Please ensure full and accurate details are provided, including the address, zip code, and phone number of the recipient. We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

5.5 We only deliver within the San Francisco Bay Area, CA and do not do any wire services.

5.6 We will endeavor to deliver on the date specified in your order, from Tuesday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5 pm. We are unable to guarantee Monday deliveries. Please place orders at least three days in advance.

5.7 Except on select dates, our delivery service is NOT available on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or the day after a public holiday. If orders are placed for delivery on any of these dates and we cannot contact you in time, we will deliver, where possible, the flowers the day before or after the requested time.

5.8 All deliveries to hospitals must include the ward name and/or number in the relevant address field. Orders omitting these details may not be accepted for delivery by the hospital.

6. Force Majeure

6.1 Neither we nor any courier or postal service we use shall be liable for any failure to perform where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God, or any industrial dispute or strike.

7. Cancellation

7.1 Order amendments or cancellations must be made at least 2 working days before the intended delivery date. Orders placed or canceled on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays will be treated as received on the following working day. To cancel orders, please call 510-545-6072.

7.2 You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on your behalf or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.

8. Personal Messages

8.1 You agree that any messages posted to you on your card or sent by us on your behalf to a third party will not contain anything construed as harassing, threatening, vulgar, abusive, obscene, defamatory, racist, or which may cause embarrassment or distress to any person or are otherwise unlawful or objectionable.

9. Customer Services

9.1 Due to their perishable nature, flowers are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are not completely satisfied with your arrangement, bouquet, or other order, please call our customer service helpline at 510-545-6270, Tuesday to Friday, quoting your order reference number, or email lana @ dream-flowers.com.

9.2 To resolve any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, please make any complaints within 1 day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

10. Disclaimer

10.1 While we agree to use reasonable endeavors to ensure that our Website and/or the Services are fully operational and error-free, we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Website or Services and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Website impossible or impractical.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

11.1 While we endeavor to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the material on this Website. 13. Funeral and Private Event Deliveries

13.1 Once floral arrangements for funerals or private events have been delivered or installed and the florist has left the site, Dream Flowers LLC is not responsible for any damage, theft, or deterioration of the flowers or décor due to weather, venue conditions, handling by others, or any other factors beyond our control.

13.2 If the customer or designated contact is not present at the delivery site or venue at the time of drop-off or installation, a confirmation text message will be sent with a photo showing the flowers in place and their location as proof of delivery.

13.3 The customer has the right to contact Dream Flowers LLC within 2 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation to request a revisit for adjustments or to fix any broken elements or design issues. While we cannot guarantee immediate availability, we will do our best to return and make reasonable fixes, subject to florist availability and event timing. Additional charges may apply depending on the request and travel requirements.
