Mona and Mark’s wedding at beautiful Gold Ballroom Fairmont San Francisco was royal, dreamy, luxury to say the least! Looking back at these pictures, their wedding was definitely a highlight. Not only was it the perfect time of year to get married but Mona’s vision totally aligned with my style and fit perfectly with their fancy venue, the result was something out of a fairytale! flowers for a wedding at Fairmont San Francisco
From the outdoor ceremony to the spectacular reception in the Gold Ballroom, every detail was gorgeous. With help of Jessica of Ivy and Elm Events, the wedding day turned out so easy and smooth, for all the vendors and the couple.
The inspirational board for the wedding at Fairmont San Francisco included soft, pastel blooms, lots of candlelit and shine of crystals to make the wedding reception elegant and magical.
Personal Flowers for bridal party
Mona’s bouquet has a story of peony searched for September (the season when peony is not present in the San Francisco market). From April, I and the bride were waiting until the package will be arrived to get relaxed and that her flowers are here. Please see this bridal bouquet of white peonies “DUCHESS DE NUMOUR”, accented with soft dusty miller foliage.
Bridesmaid’s bouquets made of blush, cream and off-white premium flowers including some peonies, ranunculus, and dahlias Cafe Aux Lait. The style of the chosen bouquets for the bridesmaids is round, classy, tight and textural.
Boutonnieres for the groom and his groomsmen made of ranunculus, white bloom is for the groom, blush flowers are for the other men.
Wedding ceremony flowers
This was a beautiful ceremony set up in the Roof Garden. Traditional Persian wedding ceremony has abundant sofreh aghd (wedding table) items, that represent elements and blessings for the couple’s new life together. Two large arrangements on pedestals behind the table highlight this ceremony site.
To decorate the aisle, I made the small posies attached to the chairs with ribbons. wedding at Fairmont San Francisco
After the wedding ceremony, while all the guests were having the cocktails, were moved all flowers from the ceremony site in the Gold Ballroom. This gorgeous place got set up from 11 am in the morning, was done even before the ceremony began. We just moved these two large ceremony arrangements onto the stage, to create the more impressing background for newlyweds.
Wedding reception flowers
The sweetheart table had beautiful and full flower garland on the edge of the table, nicely complemented with small chair posies and candles displayed in front of the table.
All large centerpieces for the reception were displayed onto tables, surrounded underneath floating candles. The tall centerpieces made of hydrangea, roses, spray roses, and dahlias, accented with a touch of greyish dusty miller foliage.

Wedding centerpieces presented in two options – the grande tall reception centerpieces and the short reception centerpieces. Some tables had the short centerpieces also surrounded with a set of floating candles.
As the final item on the decor, I usually show the sweets – in this case, it was a beautiful marble fondant cake. Some clusters of fresh flowers randomly placed on tears, nicely compliment the wedding cake.
