This post will help many of my customers see that are current modern floral trends for a wedding ceremony, which ceremony elements and decor will take place in the near future and which ceremony set up is fading away. Why? The wedding floral design is always changing, see for yourself – about 10 years ago manzanita trees were so popular, almost every wedding designer used them. But not now! During the past 3 years, the circular arches or circle of love for the ceremony came on the stage and it is still a very trendy item to have. However, observing the many trend-makers in the wedding floral industry I need to admit, that having your own unique style, unique set up becomes the signature of the couple and of the wedding. So, brides, be brave to ask some ideas to dress the ceremony space from your wedding florist, let’s them come up with some new ideas!
Last year we had a pleasure to be at the Ardenwood Historic Farm for an editorial photo shoot session with the creative team. I am glad to share that this photoshoot is featured at the Grey Likes Weddings.

Their wedding was at the end of July, and let me tell you: this was one of my favorite weddings regarding a combination of colors and flowers. So when Azar, Mother of the bride, came time to plan all the florals and event design for Sarah and David, we knew that a sophisticated, garden-inspired design would be perfect for them! (more…)
Weddings in the Bay Area tend to take inspiration from the great outdoors that surround us, with beautiful venues such as the Brownstone Gardens located in the lands but adorably filled with beautiful greeneries in the garden. Milagros and Stephen’s wedding was no exception, taking place on a beautiful June afternoon – a garden style themed wedding filled with plenty of dancing and joy. Brownstone Gardens Wedding(more…)
There is so much to love about peach inspired wedding concepts, it is such a sweet color palette to work with, and I certainly think that peach is the new pink! So I am delighted to showcase this little pretty today, a beautiful wedding at the Mountain Terrace with gardenesque styling and lots of floral loveliness! (more…)
