Step 3: Schedule Your Complimentary Discovery Call

We’ll schedule a consultation—either via phone, Zoom, or Google Meet (in-person studio visits available upon request).

During this wedding florist consultation, we’ll:

• Discuss your wedding vision, venue, and floral needs in detail
• Review design inspiration and past wedding examples
• Talk through your budget and pricing options
• Answer all your questions about the process

My goal is to fully understand your vision and all the ideas you’ve shared with me

Step 4: Receive Your Custom Proposal (3–5 Business Days)

You’ll receive a detailed floral design proposal with itemized pricing tailored to your budget and style.

Step 5: Let’s Create Your Dream Wedding!

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll secure your date with a signed contract and retainer. Then the fun begins—refining every detail until your florals are perfect!

I recommend booking 8–12 months in advance for Bay Area weddings, especially for peak season (May–October). My calendar fills quickly, so reach out as soon as you’ve set your date!
