You’ve booked with us, and we’ve crafted the perfect designs based on your vision in your proposal. Now that everything is in place, you can relax, confident that your décor is in expert hands. But what happens next?

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the hard work and care that goes into making your day beautiful, using snapshots from a recent wedding production.

Three Weeks Before Your Event

Lana spends hours selecting and sourcing the finest flowers and foliage in the perfect shades and textures for your event and creates the flower order. Your flowers begin their journey from diverse countries like Holland, Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, and Israel, but mostly come from our local farms in California. We also finalize orders for hard goods and any other décor items, such as draping, welcome zone decor etc. All our props need to be finished during this week to let the whole team focus on flower desing.

Four Days Before Your Event

The real magic begins when the flowers arrive. Our team sorts through countless boxes, double-checks quality, and immediately fresh-cuts and hydrates all your stems to ensure they are in peak condition.

Three Days Before Your Event

We prepare all containers, supplies, and rental items needed to bring your designs to life. Each item is labeled and ready to be loaded and transported to your venue. We also care for the flowers, allowing some—like roses—to fully open so they are at their most picturesque on your special day.

 

Two Days Before Your Event

The final touches are added as we design your centerpieces and personal flowers. Everything is stored in our large cooler to keep it fresh. We also review the event day timeline and coordinate with your venue and wedding planner to ensure a seamless setup.

Our team at Dream Flowers is fully dedicated to you from start to finish. We carefully load and transport all arrangements and décor to your venue. Once there, we unpack, prep, and place everything, from linens to floral arrangements, styling each tablescape to perfection.

When the party ends, our breakdown team efficiently packs up and loads out all rented décor items. Think of it like moving an entire apartment’s worth of belongings—twice in one day!
