At the beginning of the year, Lana got an email inviting to collaborate on some floral related articles on WikiHow. Not knowing what will be the topics or the amount of work to do, Lana agreed to participate. First, because she always uses this website in need to find on how to do something, second, she likes to share her knowledge with others.
As the first step, a phone interview was held for 20 minutes with a wide range of questions mostly related to the prom season and how to preserve flowers. After that, all articles published on the website needed to be read in order to provide accurate information and the right pictures to follow.
