Corina and Andrew had an ethereal, all-white wedding in Oakland Scottish Rite Center. The couple exchanged vows in the Greek Orthodox Church, which had a beautiful ceremony filled with white blooms, surrounded by family and friends, many of whom had traveled far to be a part of the couple’s special day. The wedding reception continued the celebration of the in the Scottish Rite Temple famous for an as classy and elegant venue and all-white wedding flowers completed the stunning look.
Cori was firm on the color of the flowers- all white with some blue accents. However, after a few meetings, the colors of flowers got changed to just pure white – to make it more classy and elegant, timeless worthy. For the selections of the blooms, the bride wanted to get peonies in her bouquet and more simple flowers for the rest of the wedding. Thus we created an all-white wedding for the ceremony and reception.
Personal Flowers: bouquets and boutonnieres
Corina’s bouquet of white peonies Duchess Du Numones alternated with silver foliage of Dusty Miller. Her choice of flowers is so elegant and beautifully compliments the simple satin dress.
Maid’s bouquets made of white roses Polo, Dusty Miller and spray roses. These bouquets nicely stood out on the navy blue dresses.

Boutonniere for the Groom is made of white ranunculus and spray roses on a side to complement the bride’s bouquet.
One more item that belongs to the personal flowers category is corsages. For this particular wedding, we created the wrist corsage of the white mini cymbidium and a small spray roses, delicate grey greens.
Ceremony Flowers
The ceremony took place in the Greek Orthodox Church, which is famous for its mystical pictures on the ceiling. To decorate the ceremony, we brought 4 large arrangements and displayed them onto pedestals by the altar. You see, the space is so huge that the arrangements are almost lost there. Down the aisle, there were LED candles set up to create a visual path for the bride and groom and bridal party. After the ceremony, these flowers headed to the reception to become centerpieces onto tables.
Reception Flowers for the wedding in Oakland Scottish Rite
The ballroom in the Oakland Scottish Rite Center has a very classy and elegant mood. Thus we offered to create all-white centerpieces of hydrangea, roses, and touch of greens. The flowers are raised onto simple glass vases and adorned with suspending crystals. The sweetheart table had a glamorous arrangement of orchids and roses to frame the couple.
