I have the amazing pleasure of working with the parents of Shanleigh, Danny and Lou, in creating an amazing over the top elegant, and luxury orchid wedding. White orchids are actual at any season, so the bride embraced the white and pink tones which set the mood for a cheerful celebration. The Club at Ruby Hill is a favorite venue among our couples but we’ve never seen it quite like the way it looked during this wedding. Adorned with an all-white and blush flower theme, the place exuded luxury, elegance, and glamour befitting a couple such as Shanleigh and Michael.
All the idea of the luxury orchid wedding started with the centerpiece look, it pulled together the bouquets and short centerpieces, the table garland for the newlyweds. This was the inspirational mood board from my client.
Personal Flowers:
Shanleigh’s bouquet featured these soft blooms of premium flowers – white orchids and blush roses, ranunculus and dahlias.
The bridesmaids’ bouquets echoed her soft colors with the same color palette, but smaller is size.

The groom matched the bride, wearing a white ranunculus boutonniere. The bridal party had matching bouquets and boutonnieres of all blush ranunculus to continue the clean style. Father’s and Sponsors’ boutonnieres designed out of blush spray roses. Mother’s wrist corsages had roses, ranunculus, and orchids, sponsors’ corsages were simpler, but also very beautiful.

Wedding Ceremony:
For the ceremony at the All Saints Church in Hayward, we created large lush floral designs with orchids, these were placed either side of the ceremony area over the church green palms backdrop. And hand-tied bouquets attached to the pews created the path for the bride down the aisle. Once the ceremony was over we transported the centerpieces into the ballroom.

Wedding Reception at The Club at Ruby Hill:
This is a picture from the second floor to let you see the table layout of the event. Classic white, pink and blush elements complemented the sophisticated atmosphere of the venue.

A sweetheart table had a luxury table garland full of roses, hydrangea, and orchids. Behind the sweetheart table displayed large arrangements onto pedestals to frame the table.
The guest table had 2 kinds of arrangements – tall blush and white centerpieces with orchids onto glass vases. Flowers used for the centerpieces – roses, hydrangea, and orchids phalaenopsis.
Some tables had the short centerpieces complemented tall ones. A short centerpiece of white and blush flowers had hydrangea, roses, orchids, dusty miller.
