Dreamy and soft textural sweet blooms accented with soft grey foliage defined the ultra-romantic vibe of this vintage soft elegant wedding. All elements perfectly combined together for the beautiful wedding day of Anna and Jeff held at Sir Francis Drake Hotel, San Francisco. We love the combination of soft blue and pink color palette for a wedding, complemented by rustic look of the manzanita trees and lanterns!
The story begins with the chosen style and colors – peach and lights to create the Lovebirds wedding. Much later, Anna and Jeff changed the palette to the blush, pink and blue wedding, added the trees and lanterns as the main types of the reception centerpieces.
The floral concept at the ceremony featured pink pomanders as chair decor, alternated with the LED candles, and 2 large manzanita trees with glass globes and crystal garlands.
I adored creating the softly styled bouquets. Anna’s bouquet is featuring blush peonies, astilbe, ranunculus and garden roses, sweet peas, blue delphinium and thistle, and more other blooms. Truly vintage soft elegant wedding bouquet!
I saw the stunning Anna showcased beautifully in her gorgeous dress, and the pops of blush and pinks color made this wedding pretty and amazing!
The bridesmaid’s bouquets are the smaller versions of the bridal bouquet, the only difference is that the posies have less pink flowers.
The boutonnieres for the boys are made of white and pink ranunculus with a touch of blue.
And the next to show is the reception room. Bride and groom decided to have two types of the vintage soft elegant wedding centerpieces: the small manzanita tree centerpiece and the lantern centerpiece. As a designer, it’s always fun to play around with centerpiece options. This creates depth and character within the room.
This sandblasted manzanita trees centerpiece added a beautiful natural and textural element to the wedding!. We agreed to hang the votive cups and led candles, orchids and crystal garlands onto the branches to add the softness to that sharp branches.
The lantern centerpiece is featuring blush, pink and blue flowers inside, whimsically coming out from all directions.
One more lantern and flowers centerpiece took a place onto the escort cand table among those very cute cards for the guests!
Furthermore, after the ceremony, I bought the big manzanita trees used for the ceremony in the reception ballroom and decorated the head table zone.
The chair pomanders laid down as the main decor onto the sweetheart table. This was unique and beautiful tablescape for the bride and groom’s table I’ve ever done!
